Claim a listing and ask for a correction
Vendors can ask Better Apps to correct a fact on a tool page. There is no paid tier.
If you represent a tool that appears on Better Apps and a fact on its page is wrong, you can ask for a correction. This page explains how.
What you can ask for
You can ask Better Apps to correct facts, such as:
- A price or plan detail that no longer matches your pricing page.
- A feature, integration, or limit that is described wrongly.
- A broken link or an out-of-date product name.
- A missing alternative or a wrong description of who the tool is best for.
How to ask
Send the name of the tool, the page you mean, what is wrong, and a link to a source that shows the right answer. Your own pricing or documentation page works well. Say who you are and your role at the company.
What happens next
Better Apps checks your source against the page and other sources. If the fact was wrong, Better Apps fixes it and updates the checked date. If the facts are right as written, Better Apps will tell you why.
What claiming does not do
There is no paid tier. Claiming a listing does not buy a better place in a category, a changed verdict, or a new review. Nobody pays to change a verdict or a ranking. A full review still carries Kerry's own verdict and one real flaw, and Better Apps does not remove the flaw on request.
If you think a verdict rests on a factual error, point to the error. A fix to the fact may follow. The verdict stays Kerry's own.
