BetterStory is the applied AI consulting business run by Kerry Morrison. It works with mid-market SaaS companies. The tools on this site are the same kind of tools Kerry uses in that work, which is what the tagline means: "The toolkit is how we work, not what we sell."

When to hire help

You can set up most tools on your own. Help makes sense when:

• The setup touches several systems and a mistake would cost real money or data.
• Your team lacks the hours to learn a tool well and also do the work.
• You are choosing between tools and want a view from someone who has used them.
• You want a process built around the tool, not just the tool itself.
